I’m an independent researcher writing about what inspires and excites me about this world. My main purpose with this blog is to trigger thoughtful and meaningful conversations on the topics of history, religion, culture, media studies, and the anthropology of religion. This will involve blog posts, book reviews, and essays on a variety of topics, all with the end goal of triggering thinking.
I welcome questions, criticism, alternative interpretations, and disagreement. I enjoy having conversations with people who may see these topics differently than I do. However, comments may be removed if they contain personal attacks, abusive or discriminatory language, excessive spam, or material completely unrelated to the discussion.
